The foreign relations of the Republic are implemented by the Office of the President. One of the main prerogatives of the President is ratification of international treaties with the consent of parliament.

Government of the Republic of Upper Shwartz Morgen Lorgen Land is open to establish diplomatic relations with all of states. There is only one rule – nation must have an existence of at least one year.
