The President of the Republic of Upper Shwartz Morgen Lorgen Land
Elected by the whole of the Highest People’s Congress, the President acts as a representative of the Republic and is the main body of the executive. The president is elected indirectly to a three-year term. Chapter IV of the Constitution establishes the office and vests the executive power in the president. The power also includes responsibility for appointing judges with the consent of the parliament.
The current term of office of the president began on October 1, 2023 with the presidential oath.
Adrian Wojtasz is the 1st and incumbent president of the Republic of Upper Shwartz Morgen Lorgen Land.
The Marshal of the Highest People’s Congress
The Constitution provides for a marshal to preside over the Highest People's Congress and Supreme Council. He has a significant role in the electoral system because, in the event of a vacancy in the office of president, he orders elections. The Marshall of the Highest People’s Congress is first in line to succeed the President.
